Anxious about nothing - Phil 4:6

Philippians 4:4-7 - Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Snow day

WE woke up to snowfall - beautiful!  The kids were pretty excited.  Schools were delayed 2 hours so Kayne got to go out and play for a while.  Lots of fun - except for poor Mikey!

Chicken pox take 4

Mike fin ally got his spots.  His poor diaper area looks ouchy.  HE is taking it in stride though.

Smells like Gothic Romance

David put a whole bottle of Gothic Romance scented oil in my tub.  David smelled, the tub smelled, the bedroom smelled.  I slept out on the couch because my nose and throat hurt.  David didn't lie or try to hide what he did.

911

So the sirens were blaring the other day - I went out so see what was going on and I couldn't see a wreck on the road yet they were stopping traffic.  I later found out a car was found in the river and they were pulling it out.  Life is short.

Tired

Tired

By Sunday afternoon, I am tired.  I loive my kids dearly.  But by sunday afternoon I want/need a couple hours to think thoughts not involving pretend play, princesses, poopy pants, or piles of food.

I want Kayne to go to the dicipleship class, but I m so beat by sunday afternoon that the three hours he is gone seems like an eternity.  He needs to find a babysitter.

On a more positive note, I am making great strides in dealing with the internal crap in my head.
